Who we are

luxhavencollection.com is the website of Lux Haven Collection, the real estate practice of Angela Becerra, Sales Associate with Prominent Properties Sotheby's International Realty®, 90 County Road, Tenafly, NJ 07670.

What we collect

When you contact us through a form, we collect what you choose to send — such as your name, email, phone number, property address and message. We also collect standard website analytics data (pages visited, approximate location, device and browser) through Google Analytics, which uses cookies.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiry, provide real estate services you request, and improve this website. Inquiries may be shared with Prominent Properties Sotheby's International Realty, the brokerage Angela Becerra is affiliated with, and with service providers who host this site and process form submissions (Netlify). We do not sell your personal information.

Google Analytics

The Journal newsletter

If you subscribe to the Lux Haven Journal, we use your email, your first name (if you give it) and your language choice only to send you the monthly Journal and occasional New Jersey market updates and homes for sale. These emails are sent through our email marketing provider. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also unsubscribe by emailing angela.becerra@sothebysrealty.com.
